Bug Description:
cannot build at all I can put a foundation walls door frame and a door down on the foundation but I cannot put a seedling down without a pillar in place and nothing will not click to the foundation

I can tell you now what Funcom will ask when they respond to your report - ‘have you tried without mods?’.
I would recommend backing up your save file (by default you will find them in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved) - all you need to copy is the file labelled game.db.
Then you can either run the tests with that same game (and just reset back to where you were after finishing testing), or you can start a new game, make yourself admin, use the admin panel to make yourself whatever level so that you can build what you want to test (near the top of left column) and then spawn in whatever building resources are needed for the test.
I would suggest testing first without any of the mods, and then adding them back in one at a time until you find the one that is causing you not to be able to build. (My guess would be Barbarian Barber, since that is officially discontinued - but Thrall Sidekick is another likely candidate, as that hasn’t been updated for several years.)
it was not the mods I have remove all and it dint work but it was the game wen I did the journey for survival shelter use the building piece picker then build more walls wen the bug happen then I did it again and its now fix it hmmmm -_-
