Guys, can you confirm this is an issue with keyboard and mouse and NOT controller?

I have tryed playing with a keyboard and mouse and a wired xbox one controller and no differance
Beh3moth, ive never use a controller playing on pc. Also, ive only played it in fullscreen with all graphics settings set as low as possible
I am also having this BUG any eta on a fix ?
