Can a home pc host a ps4 server?

Would like to have my own server but would rather not rent one. Is it possible to use my home pc as a server for my ps4?

Nope. Only GPortal.

Edit: well, maybe it could work in theory. But Sony and MS dont want that.
Probably because of security reasons…
