Can new or existing armour models be created/edit? If yes, how do I do it?

I’m not a big fan of the Wolves plate armour redesign for the Hyrkanian raiders so I wanted to mod in a new, or edit the existing one. Is that actually possible? If so how do I do it? I pretty much have the model there, just need the method for it
