I’m new to the game me and my friends had been playing on the official server for PVE-Conflict #3952
We were playing and got disconnected at the same time and haven’t since been able to join back. We can start again in another server but would prefer not to.
Why are we not able to join back to this server?
Any help please we are on PlayStation.
Servers do daily restarts, you should be able to get back on about half hour later.
Yeah it happens sometimes I’m having the same problem on a PVP server hopefully within a couple of hours it’ll be back up hopefully
They used to give you a 10/5/1 minute warning.
They still do but sometimes it crashes for no reason and takes hours or days show back up official pvp 8074 is like that now been down for about an hour

There can be a multitude of reasons as to why a server crashes. Generally, in my experience, if something very intensely resource intensive has happened (like multiple gods on map at same time, too many purges running, too many people raiding on PVP, using crash exploits), the server can crash and remain down anywhere from minutes to hours.
The best you can do immediately is be patient and try reconnecting every few minutes or take a break. Or, if it remains down for many hours going into days, submit tickets to Helpshift so they can look into it. Helpshift is a third party tool that Funcom uses to specific situations, such as Official server performance.
