Add Thrall Temperwright Armorer on Tinker’s Bench, no Legendary Armor Patch Kit Recipe appear

Ditto, Tinker’s Bench, Uma Temperwright, Exiled Lands Map, No Mods, Up to date Steam edition. Local Dedicated Server, PvE.

Are there any Mods that can tempfix this or at least giv us the option to make them that doesn’t jack with anything else?
