Cannot access Battle pass challenges or Bazaar

Unable to view anything from the battle pass or bazaar and I am unable to view challenges to earn battle pass xp.

This happens regardless of server (unofficial, official or single-player).

I submitted a ticket but I don’t know if it was successful as I assumed the information should have been transferred to the actual post so I didn’t have to retype it all.

Have you checked your internet connection?

I had this problem after finding out my connection was not good.

It also didn’t show up when I had no connection to the internet.

Disregard, after 3 days - the issue has resolved itself.
