Xbox connection bug

Bug Description:

Challenges, Battle Pass and Bazaar all not connecting, since day 2 of chapter 2. I cannot see challenges, advance through battle pass levels, or even view battle pass unlocks or bazaar content.


Bug Reproduction:

Check that Xbox has an internet connection - confirmed. All menu screens (challenges, battlepass, bazaar) are stuck on an infinite load with no connection or display the connection error message and red symbol.

Can you confirm if you’re still finding this issue or if you were already able to access those features?

It’s fixed now.

On Xbox series X (maybe other Xbox versions as well) if you leave the game running after playing and run it again and again (using quick resume) the game will eventually lose connection to the battle pass/bazaar content server. The only solution I’ve found is to force close the game and relaunch it. Then the battle pass/bazaar will load properly.
