Cannot build / craft with construction hammer

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Single Player
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: =SERVER NAME=
Mods: None

Bug Description:

After equipping the Construction Hammer and using it to bring up the build menu, the left-most section is empty on all tabs. On Crafting Stations for example, I can see the Ymir altar as the last building I constructed but I do not see the options on the left to switch away from “religion” so I cannot build anything else. I can switch tabs to Building Pieces where I have the Sandstone pieces selected but again the left box/field is empty meaning I cannot switch away from sandstone pieces. Same for Decorations which is stuck on the box.

Bug Reproduction:

Equip and use hammer to bring up the build menu. Displays the same every time. Same after full quit and restart.

I might be an idiot… This may be because I don’t have any other knowledge unlocked yet. Sorry for wasting your time! I thought I had furnaces etc unlocked but I was probably incorrect (I’ve started a new save now and can see religion and smithing after unlocking blacksmith knowledge).

Welcome to the Forum. Can’t count the number of mistakes I have made. Benches that I have some how caused to not show all
