Cannot connect or ejected of private server

Hi, i try to jion a private server but i can’t join the server praticaly every time, and when i’m connected, i’m ejected after 10 minutes on the server.

I have try to change the ping on the “In-game” of steam settingts, i hae tried twice the change of " netsh int ip reset" and " ipconfig /flushdns" but nothing change.
