In the four altars I tested, the Flesh of Remembrance was not recognized as a proper ingredient.

Is that from the Midnight Grove maybe? There are actually two Flesh of Remembrance. The stuff you get from the Midnight Grove boss can’t be used in the burn offering recipe. Only the stuff that drops from Jhebbal Sag priests can be used in the recipe.

I think you’re right, Tras. There are two Flesh of Remembrance, Variants A and B, listed on the wiki.
Mine is ID 19500 with no defined use. The Variant B shows the recipe and is ID 30049.
I had expected it to work the way the Precepts of Mitra did and got disappointed.
