Cannot harvest any items along Skyfall ridge

Bug Description:

Just went to farm some black ice and star metal ore. I had no problems harvesting star metal or golems along the way. But no other static items can be harvested - that is, stone, ice, black ice, or iron. This was true the entire way along from Skyfall ridge, all the way to the volcano.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Go to Skyfall ridge.
  2. Use pick, or pickaxe.
  3. Try to harvest ice, black ice, iron or stone.
  4. Attempt to do this the whole NE corridor up to the volcano.
