Cannot place thralls within the inner god shield

Cannot place thralls inside inner God Shield from T3 altar. Get the cannot place over existing object message. Does not matter if placing thralls on ground or on foundations or other structures/buildables.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Create God Shield.
    2.Try to place thralls anywhere within the inner bubble of the god shield.
  2. Receive message of conflicting with already placed object.
  3. Go insane trying to figure out why cannot place thralls there.
