Cannot start DLC

Every time I try to play the DLC by finishing the game, it crashes. I press Esc to end the credits, the map appears, and then the game crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the DLC, but the issue persists. I’m playing the GOG version.

Windows 7 Professional
AMD FX-8350 CPU
ASUS M5A88-V EVO Motherboard
16GB DDR3-1600 RAM
250GB SAMSUNG 850 EVO SSD - OS
1TB Crucial MX500 SSD - Games
AMD RX-580 8GB GPU

Are you able to start a new game on the DLC, or does it also produce a crash?
