Can't access Isle of Siptah

Isle of Siptah (1.63) has been installed on my ps4 after 20+ hours. But when I load up game, there is no sign of it. I can only access the old version (Exiled Lands)

When, through the game, I check for updates, it tells me it’s installed and everything.

I feel like it should be something obvious. I play PVE offline, single player.

there is no Isle of siptah for PS4 yet im afraid, only PC

so we just got all of the new crafting updates and such, then. How confusing. I thought they were all the same patch, thanks.
