Can't apply Armor Reduction Kits to any type of armor

Bug Description:

Armor Reduction Kits not able to apply to any armor type

Bug Reproduction:

If I press A on the reduction kit, then press A on my armor, nothing happens. The reduction kit does not get used, and nothing happens to the amor. Although, If I press A to move it somewhere else, like to a chest, it works perfectly fine.

Is your armour damaged perhaps? Kits can’t be used on any item if said item is damaged.

Have you used a repair kit on them before? With the new repair kit mechanics the lowered durability might be messing with the games idea of “damaged” items as well.
