Bug Description:
it has been over a week and i cant log into my server. i tried to teleport and got kicked and could not re log. i am cptcosmo and my clan is forsaken. ive probably already lost hundreds of hours of gameplay due to not being able to log on. please help me i am solo and have nobody to refresh my stuff

In order for us to properly assess your issue, please send us a screenshot of the error message that appears in your game when you fail to log in to the server.
Additionally, please let us know: Are you able to login to any other Official server ?

yes i can get into any other server and the message that appears is disconnecting from game.
sometimes i can log in for a couple seconds but im stuck in a floor and get disconnected right away.

In those short moments that you can login for a couple of seconds, are you able to remove your bracelet in order to free your character from being stuck in the floor?

no it wont let me do anything. even if i get in for a second and can somehow move i cant remove my bracelet or see who is online. If i do get on for a second i can only see that i am stuck in the floor and none of the placeables load around me just the walls and floors. sometimes i get on and im inside one of the maps buildings and i cant see anything, its like i got teleported into a building somehow.

Do you perhaps know if there’s any large player-made-building around you that may be causing this?

i cannot use a screenshot as i dont have a playstation app. but it should not be my building it has been the same for months and i log on every day and play for about 8 hours or more with no issue or lag. i am stuck inside the maps building not my own. ive been teleported under the mesh somehow. most of the time i appear im way below the ground layer and can see from inside the maps own building. and is there a way to stop my base decay while this is going on ive probably already lost hundreds of game hours on this bug i dont want to lose everything i have played for.

If you cannot use the playstation app, please take a picture with your phone of the map location where your character is, so that our team can investigate the issue as quickly as possible.
