Can't move in-game windows

Hello there,

I’m having a weird issue where I can’t move around my talent window. It’s stuck in a position where I can’t click the tabs at the top for passive, anima allocation, and builds. All I have access to is the skills for each weapon. Is there a way to centralize/reset the window so that way I can access those tabs at the top?

Most of the window border is draggable. Try the black part underneath the AP/SP logo, ability icons, unequip button, etc.
