Can't produce journey items / Golem station

Bug Description:

After completing a journey, i am unable to produce the reward items, like the new hunting bow, or those fistwraps from warrior. And also i can’t build, or even SPAWN VIA ADMIN those golem stations, and yes, i do have the feat.
Trying to produce the reward items always spawns ‘Object creation cannot be started’ and with the golem stations ‘cannot spawn item 1 460001’ (for example. I cannot spawn or produce ANY golem related buildings/stations)
