Can't sit in chairs

Bug Description:

This is an old bug, but one that continues to bite me in the hindquarters. Just throwing it out there in the hopes that maybe it’ll get someone’s attention this time.

Sitting in a chair causes the character to sit either backwards (legs through the back of the chair) or sideways (legs through the arm of the chair); in either case, they can’t stand up, can’t move, can’t do anything without logging out & back in again.

Expected Behavior:

Sitting down and not smashing one’s legs through the back of one’s chair; also, being able to stand up after sitting & go about one’s day.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. Approach a chair
2. Attempt to sit in the chair
3. Cry out as your character violates physical laws and sits through the back of the chair
4. Attempt to get up from the chair, only to be met with frustration.

I run into this all the time and have for over 2000 hrs of game play, lol…no, sorry, it’s not funny. It’s real aggravating. I found though after the last update that if you push “E” quick enough, you can get back up. I know it’s not a fix and I have been waiting for one for awhile but at least I do not have to log back out and in again all the time.
