Carry weight doesn't include carried weapon

Bug Description:

Equipped weapons weight doesn’t seem to register to overall weight in game. This is easy to notice if you have a heavy weapon and your encumbered enough that if the weapon would be dropped, you wouldn’t be encumbered any more.

Bug Reproduction:

Took a heavy weapon, got myself to 100% carry weight to become burdened, and then equipped and removed the weapon from shortcut.
