Challenge not counting as completed: Bastion of the Bat-Demons Vault

Bug Description:

Challenge “Complete the Bastion of the Bat-Demons Vault” does not count as being completed, despite completing it twice.

Bug Reproduction:

Rerolled challenges, went to Bastion of the Bat-Demons Vault, completed it, but nothing happened. If it matters, the first time I did it, I entered and exited the vault once before completing it.

Completing dungeon challenges usually just mean kill the final boss. Entering and exiting the vault should in no way affect that.
