Challenges, Battle Pass and Market not loading

Bug Description:

Neither the Challenges, the Battle Pass nor the Bazaar load correctly today. It worked perfectly fine yesterday, but now I get an error message very often and the challenges do not always detect when I am completing them (for example, I killed loads of gazelles for the herbivorous animals challenge and only 2 counted).

Thank you for reporting your situation regarding the Challenges, Battle Pass and the Market not loading properly.

Are you perhaps using mods? If so, situations like this may indeed occur due to mods that are being used in the server.
In order for us to test this out, I would suggest for you to delete the following file:
Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Mods\modlist.txt and manually unsubscribe from all your Conan modes. This will guarantee that mods are not loaded.

Also, make sure to verify the files of the game and restart you computer after doing so.

Actually, I’m playing with no mods active. Should I delete the downloaded ones even if they’re not being used?

PS: I came here to say that today the Bazaar is not loading correctly again.

EDIT: I deleted the file and it is still not working correctly.

It’s broken. I had the issue where the Bazaar wasn’t loading and did everything the forums said to do but no luck. I repaired my server and the Bazaar finally loaded but get a message saying “Store purchase failed”. Also the BP and Challeges do not load. Says contact customer support but there isn’t a direct channel to that.
