Changed username and Conan Exiles did not reflect that; now I cannot logout to link my account

Bug Description:

Unable to link Twitch account

Bug Reproduction:

There is no option in the main menu to log out of the connected Twitch account so that I can log into my current Twitch account (I changed usernames, and it did not reflect the change).
