Just did a transfer from 1608 to 1521, and could not import my char. It gave me some kind of error message.

Hello! If you go to https://funcom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and click on “Submit a Report” up the top, where it says request type select “Character Transfer Issues” :slight_smile:

It took about a week for them to restore my character so you you might have to be a little patient.

Well it just happened to me as well… transfer from 6158 to 1728… so bummed…
