Character missing after server merge (Official 6057 to 1300)

After the recent update and server merges, I am unable to find my character. According to the official announcement, server 6057 (Isle of Siptah) was merged into server 1300 (Exiled Lands).

However, when I join server 1300, I am prompted with the character creation screen instead of loading my existing level 60 character.

Details:

  • Original Server: Official 6057 (Isle of Siptah)

  • Target Server: Official 1300 (Exiled Lands)

  • Platform: PC

  • Issue: Character is missing/not transferred.

I have already tried contacting support, but haven’t received a response yet. Could you please check if my character data was successfully migrated or if it’s tied to a different ID? Any help would be appreciated.

We are waiting for their fix for this as well. One of our members has the same issue and also hasn’t heard back from the ticket he sent in. Seems to be quite a few people whose characters did not merge properly so hopefully now that the weekend is over they will come out with a fix
