Bug Description:
I used to play on server 6008. After the game update, it became server 1035. When I logged into the game on server 1035 after the update, I couldn’t find my character, a level 60 female named Milana from the Sparta_UA clan. Consequently, all the loot she had—which included a lot of top-tier resources—had disappeared. In preparation for the update, I had taken all the top-tier resources onto my own character. Instead, I was offered the chance to create a new character in the game. On the old server 6008, I was roughly at the F10 mark. Furthermore, whilst the ping on the old server used to be 50–60, on the new server 1035 it rises to 460, or even higher. Sometimes it’s as high as 9999. And it’s not down to the provider; the internet connection is as stable as ever. What’s more, on another server, I have about 20 slaves listed. But there is no way to free or rescue them, as the system cannot determine their location, and they were all on 6433, now 1038. Milana, the Sparta_UA clan as well. And they remain on the lists, taking up space, but I cannot return or rescue them.

И дело не в провайдере: интернет-соединение стабильно, как всегда. Кроме того на другом сервере, в списке рабов у меня числится около 20 особей. Но ни освободить их, ни спасти нет возможности, так как система не может определить их местоположение, а они все были на 6433, теперь 1038. Милана, клан Спарта_ЮА также. И они в списках висят, занимают место, но вернуть или спасти их не могу.
Same here, i was in Siptah 6008 and my character is supposed to be in 1035, but when i try to log on 1035 it put me in character creation without the option of importing.
Same happened to me. I had two characters on the same Steam account. One on Siptah and one of Exiled Lands. When Funcom transferred the Siptah character to the E.L. server it seems to have overwritten my E.L. character so now I can’t access my base or thralls since I can’t load in the character that was originally created in the Exiled Lands, on server 1942.
I seem to have lost everything that I had on 6108, it was listed as going to 1517 but when I go to that server it tries to create a new character. I also seen where some people ended up on 1979 but nothing there either.
The same thing happened to me. I had a character on server 6308 and transferred it to 1975. After the update, when I log into 1975, I go to the character creation screen as if there were no characters on that server. My clanmate said that my character is lying in bed normally, but it doesn’t appear on the clan member list.
Bumping back up, still waiting to hear what is being done to sort out the people with missing characters. How can people do exactly what was asked of them after being forced to pack up to get merged only to have their characters lost in the process of merging.
I’m in the exact same boat. Server 1300 (formerly 6057). If I’d known this would happen, I would’ve done a manual transfer myself. Now when I log into 1300, it just takes me straight to the character creation screen!
да у меня такая же ситуация, сервер 1300 (6057). знал бы что так будет сделал бы вручную перенос. захожу на сервер 1300 предлогают создать персонажа!
Can we please get an update on missing characters. It has been a full week since the update and we have not heard back from tickets and there has been no feedback on whether or not this is even being worked on. My clan mates character never merged to the server we were supposed to get merged to which means all our best thralls that we sold to him are also missing as well as all the materials we logged him and them out with.
so you just did another update, still not mention on missing characters. Buddy just checked and it is still just prompting him to make a new character. Our tickets have not been replied to and I just dont understand how it has been more than a week and you would think missing characters would be a big priority! @Dana We just want to know that this is getting fixed
Making a ticket is the best option right now. Response times may be a bit delayed since the support team is working through their backlog of tickets.
We are currently working on our Community Update #2 so hopefully we will have more information regarding missing characters for that.
