Character tranfer

Hi guys. So I went to transfer my character from a pve server to another pve server which I’ve done many times. However this time it said transfer failed, and my character is nowhere to be found. Has this happened to anyone else, and how did you get your character back?

Send ticket to Zendesk, giving all the details you can. From what I see and read here, you are not the first one. Good luck m8 .

How to report an issue with Character Transfers

Greetings Everyone, We’re still working on a permanent fix for the character transfer issue. In the meantime we’ve set up a temporary request type in our Zendesk ticket form so please make sure to report any issues with character transfers there.
