Character will not turn

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvP
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: =SERVER NAME=
Mods: =MODS=

On a private server. Characters will sometimes not turn around with keyboard and mouse. The can only move with the keyboad, but the mouse does not turn them

Does this occur after harvesting with a tool or fighting with a weapon?
