Weird Facing-lock bug still happens on servers with DISABLED target lock and auto facing

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvP
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: 9999
Mods: NONE

Bug Description:

Game randomly locks character in one direction - there’s no way to change direction

Bug Reproduction:

Have Controller Movement STYLE enabled (Not sure if neccesary), Hop on foundation (Not sure if neccesary) and you are locked in one direction - shown on video below

and IT seems NOT to be related to target lock like @Xevyr stated in that topic but more likely to be happening due to jumping on foundation?
