Is there already an update about the fix? When can whe go online and climb out of the cave i want to play the game but Dont want to lose my stuff that i have with me in the cave… so i can only play when this bug is fixed😔

I found one solution for it till they get it fixed. Exam if you go inside the passage remember to take pet with you. Exam. after you kill sand reaper queen there, put all of your items inside pet’s inventory and just remove your bracelet to kill yourself. After about 10-15min your pet should be returned back home with all your items.
Stuck in the passage, can’t climb… Do something now… Long time in there… I just want to play the game please… Can’t suicide with my stuff in this cave…
I am not in caves, but multiple areas in the overworld are now dropping you from the wall. There is no warning and no stop, just a release and drop. Hopefully your patch addresses this as well as the cave issues, and hopefully you push it soon.

So my clan got raided and i needed to go online, now i lost all of my stuff. Needed time to make new gear and weapon and stuff so they got inside our base… very Sad this had allot of stuff and now lost all because of this bug. I hope we players that are stuck and lost things we get something back…
Never posted on forums before but if you guys need an example of what everyone is experiencing. Teleport to fingerfang and just try and climb it for the schematic… also, allllllllll of the unnamed city towers, with the fragment chests on top. Impossible to climb now. Its not transitioning from one angle of surface to the next. Its just plucking you off once you start to transfer to the next layer of the landscape if you know what i mean. If youre climbing straight up and there is any sort of change in the angle of the wall than it will not clip you to that next piece. Im quite bothered by this right now. I just disconnected in another server with all of my best gear and an inventory full of my stuff i was organizing such as black ice pieces and such, my internet disconnected for two hours which it neverr does. When i got back i was naked in the desert. My riptide i used to enter my base decayed thirty minutes after i disconnected pretty much. Also i was inside my base at the time so i would have died of thirst i would assume. So i lost all my most valuable stuff and on that server they were talking about wiping it anyways so i start up again on a new official server this time. Go to unnamed city first thing. Treacherous journey only to find all of the stuff is pretty much inaccessible. I believe i might have found a new spawn for the fragment chest aswell which would be coincidental chests would be added in places but you cant even climb anything there so. I personally would assume people adding this stuff would test to see how you would climb to these areas before adding the chests and such idk how it works im sure this kind of stuff can become quite an annoyance when developing. It doesnt seem like it should be a trickt fix though. When i wasnt climbing the towers i thought it was because i wasnt using climbing gear so i go to get the climbing gear n theres literally no way up for me with 10 grit

Cant explain the frustration being able to see those chests n not climb to them

The passage in Jungle can no longer be climbed in jungle.
Walls cannot be climbed.
Therefore boss creature in there cannot be defeated or you can no longer use it to cross to snow area.
Once you get in there you are stuck until you die and get out.
If you go back, stuck again.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Log in game
2.Go to jungle The passage.
3.Jump down.
4.Stay forewer.

Same problem.
It was my first time exploring that area.
Waited till dieoff. Take a thrall with some building materials to make some ladders - unable to build there. run and die there 4 times, before come to register on forum.
Lost all my stuff and progress inside.

My character us stuck because I can’t climb. I don’t want to remove my bracelet because then I will lose my legendary gear and won’t be able to get it back without getting stuck again. Can you either make it so official servers allow characters to be invisible when the player is offline (until the inability to climb is fixed) or teleport me back to my bed. Either way, let me know when this problem is fixed. I don’t want to log in twice a day to find out that I still cannot climb out of the spot I am stuck in. I don’t want to say where I am stuck at because then everyone on this forum will know where my body is.
On a side note: I am going to be pissed if I come back online once this problem is fixed to find out someone looted my body while I was offline.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
- Fall down a hole in the open world.
- Sit there with your thumb up your butt.
A good rule of thumb when climbing. If you get stuck, or your stamina runs out take your armor off. Even though there’s no difference weight wise, it’s easier to climb naked carrying your armor many times than wearing it.

It’s not a matter of not having enough stamina. It’s a matter that the Anniversary Update broke climbing in certain areas. Holding X on the PS4 controller won’t make it so you grab the wall.

Had the same issue, luckily had a pet with so I got to save the important stuff. I’d try to get someone to bring a pet to you so you can dump your gear and just have it go back to your base

Good idea! How long does it take to return home?
ye i am having the same issue been stuck for 3 hours
10-15mins for pets/thralls to teleport to you.
