Conan continues to fail recognizing twitch connection to Conan
Bug Reproduction:
Click link to twitch in conan, connection is verified, going to twitch it says it still needs to connect, unlink steam connection in twitch, go back to conan and click link, still says the connection is active and never unlinks or properly links to twitch account.
