Authentication failed on Steam

Bug Description: Authentication Failed

Bug Reproduction:
Try to enter the official PVE1014 server

I have checked and repaired the game files but the problem persists

While the other Official PVE and PVE-C servers are working properly.

By logging in from an Epic Games accoun I enter the game without having problems

I welcome suggestions to solve

I was able to get in but …
surprise! big surprise!
all knowledge of cosmetics purchased at the Bazaar is gone…

Now if I take off a piece of armor to repair it I will not be able to wear it since I don’t have the knowledge for this object, just as I don’t have the knowledge for hundreds of construction objects

It’s April Fool’s Day from Funcom. I confirm the authorization error.
My character first fell through the floor at the base several times, and now I can’t connect to the official servers at all. Once I managed to log in and all the items from the Battlepacks were unavailable due to the direct linking of online authorization by stupid Funcom.

I had to restart steam a few times for it to work. Then had to survive the 9999 ping issue. Eventually was able to log in.

Verify game files if on steam.

Two days of Authentication errors, verified files, restarted, rebooted. Nothing seems to fix it.

I completely deleted Conan and downloaded it again. I was rebooting the computer. Did it help? No.
I managed to log on to the server and got inventory problems: some items cannot be put on the character or put somewhere.
The traditional removal of the bracelet and the death of the character followed by a reboot did not solve the problem. The BDSM Club “Funcom” welcomes you!
