Everytime i try to enter a server, “authentification failed” pops up and can’t play on any server

open game, select play online on main menu, click on a server, authentification failed pops up after a few seconds of loading.

We have the exact same thing on two different computers, both on steam.
We also did the veryfication integrity of the game, restart computers and games but yet nothing works…
It looks like the RADIUS server that handles authentication at FunCom has crashed or is malfunctioning. That would explain why it is so hard to authenticate.
Don’t bother to uninstall, reinstall or verify. Don’t go deleting caches or anything. It’s a waste of time and it won’t solve this issue. Keep re-trying if you’re desperate to get on, it might work, it might not. This has to be resolved at FunCom by FunCom staff.
Same here this is so annoying, i was wondering why the server was with 0 ppl on it when whe alwayes have 10+ all the time!!
Same bug report here. Tried official/private servers, servers with battleye and without. Checked game integrity, reinstalled battleye, rebooted Conan and PC. I can only get into local singleplayer. I disabled all mods.
I am also having trouble connectting to official servers. I am getting the Authentication failed! pop up. And I have tried my alt accounts as well. This started as a problem last night. Now it is constant.

Same here, my server of g-portal dont work too. authentification failed like the other server. Hope that they work at this moment to solve this problem.
I can see some servers with players in it but I can’t join because this Authentication Failed all day!

I had logged in about 6:30 PM EST Friday and then logged back out started getting this message about 11 PM EST when trying to log back in to do some tasks.
(Update: after the 3rd retry, I get a crash error, If you get the same thing, report it also)
Same thing. I tried to log in about 8:00 am cst. Authentification failed.

We also have the same issue on 4 servers. This has to be fixed asap. It’s frustrating.

Still giving me Authentication errors. You just got lucky, as soon as your server decides to disconnect you, you will be back in the same crappy condition as before probably.

Same for me trying to login on officials EU
Noticed a battleye install from the laucher before the errors.
Same as above; Files tested, new battleye install deleted batlleye folders and reinstalled, etc ect.
to no avail.
First the fiasco with the last update and now this. Funcom’s silence is appalling and it shows a total disregard for players.
Just got dumped out, and trying to log back in. getting Authentication Fail again.
