Hello, did you solve your problem? I still can’t connect
It’s been down for me over 12 hours. Authentication error. Even wiped traces and reinstalled the game, didn’t work. The realized it wasn’t just me, lol.
Some are managing to force themselves in after multiple attempts but I still have not got in. Annoying this as I wanted to play a bit today 
I have uninstalled and reinstalled BattleEye. That did not work.
I have also disabled my Firewall. That did not work.
Sigh.
I shut my entire system down after not being able to get in. restarted and got into one of our two official servers, but cant get into the main server we play on, and decay is calling.

FUNCOM is tracking the issue now. Hopefully there will be a fix ASAP.
If you try to log into the same server 5 or 6 times, you can finally log in.
I was able to log in after 2 days.
please try at least 4 times…
Its still the same Problem for today, why always at the weekend. I tried 10 times but it doesn´t work.
Unfortunately we’re beholden to Funcom to provide an update on the matter. They had previously cited an interruption to service with PlayFab as the suspected cause, but that has since been resolved by Microsoft.
Whether we are waiting on Funcom’s end of the bargain to catch up to this rectification is speculative. Hopefully we’ll be advised soon.
I was able to login into my private server last night,but today morning no chance.

I have a dedicated server and cannot connect on the same PC even with 127.0.0.1
With ou without battle eye.
I touch nothing on my server/client configuration
How it is possible to not connect to the same PC in a private local LAN server…
Solo play is available so it’s a remote server problem only. it seems.
STILL not working today even though they said they fixed it last night… (Playday MS)

If you’re on Steam try this. In the menu
Steam > Go offline
Once offline…
Steam > Go online
Worked for me!
Still cannot login to servers with my characters… sigh…
That’s called a coincidence. It doesn’t work.
