“It looks like the RADIUS server that handles authentication at FunCom has crashed or is malfunctioning.” From another person who found this information.
This is impacting every customer you have. It is nearly impossible to log in. Brute force login in works on rare occassion.
This has been going on for over 12 hours now. Is Funcom even trying to fix the problem?

My guess is that the authentication server has had a meltdown. (edit: as said earlier, Im lazy reader lol)
This, if anything, deserves an emergency fix.

Hello, I have not been able to log into the game for the second day. When connecting to any server, an authentication error occurs. Please help me. I have already tried everything, turned off the firewall, fixed the files, even reinstalled the game, nothing helps.
