Hello Dana or someone of the team

We are actually in the internal notation period, so I was wondering, did the team downloaded all the mods at the time of deadline or not ?

I noticed bugs in my mod and want to correct it for the current users, but I don’t want to be disqualified by moddifying it after the deadline.

Do I have to wait until the contest end to update my mod ?

Hello everyone,

We apologize but due to unforeseen circumstances (me getting sick), we will be pushing the following stages and deadlines by a week.

  • Phase 2 – Submissions Close & Internal Judging: From August 3rd to 2026-08-14T00:00:00Z — Submission window closes; the internal panel reviews all valid entries and selects the Top 10 Finalists.

  • Phase 3 – Community Voting: From August 11th to 2026-08-18T13:00:00Z — The Top 10 Finalist mods are presented to the public for a community vote to determine final ranking.

  • Phase 4 – Winners Announced: From August 14th to 2026-08-21T13:00:00Z — Votes are tallied and final placements (1st through 10th) are announced across Funcom’s official channels.

  • Phase 5 – Prize Distribution: From week of August 17 to Week of August 24 — Monetary prizes are distributed to verified winners.

Thank you to everyone that has entered their hard work into this contest. Now comes the hard part, checking all your amazing creations and choosing the winners.
We can’t wait to showcase what you’ve created!

Hey Ze0,

Just a quick update, we’re running a little behind on the contest schedule, so the internal judging will be starting next week instead.

I’d recommend holding off on updating the mod until the contest has wrapped up. That way, the judges will be evaluating the same version that was submitted.

Thanks so much for your patience, and we really appreciate your understanding!
