Столкнулся с такой проблемой, что сегодня не заходит на сервер и идёт бесконечная загрузка.
Драйвера на видеокарту переустанавливал и directX обновлял. Интернет отличный.

If the problem is infinite loading screen, its noticed to be a server side problem, dont need reinstall the game, send a ticket to zendesk asking to restart the server. Every time i had this problem, it solved doing this, they take a long time to answer but they do.
