Game mode: Singleplayer
Every static (and some non static) npc spawns with a double. To clear a camp you have to kill twice as many npcs. Non hostile static npcs (including npcs with set animations. *dancing *praying *etc) also have a double. “Even conan in the neutral city has a double”
I noticed the same thing. Official server 2505. Seemed to start happening after I hit lvl 30. The elk near my base double spawned as well. I assumed maybe this was some kind of scaling difficulty thing. Only seems to effect things within a minute walk of my base. Can’t complain, more to kill means more resources. If it is a bug it should probably be fixed though.
