Constant Outgoing reliable buffer overflow error

I was booted from official server 1960 and have had no luck over the course of a few hours of successfully rejoining. I was able to join once but was frozen and then booted within 10 seconds with a disconnect error.

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Other
Game Mode: Online Official
Server Type: PvP
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: 1960
Mods: None

Bug Description:

Error message “Outgoing reliable buffer overflow” when trying to join server. Sometimes accompanied with failure to connect errors

Bug Reproduction:

  1. Load game
  2. Join server 1960
  3. Get sent to title screen with error message
