Me and my wife were playing together for weeks with no issues. Our main server we played on was official pvp server #1813, after having noone besides my brother and us on that server, we moved to a different one. Played for while, but it was plagued by hackers and building spammers. Decided our abandoned 1813 would be better, we went back and focused on the purge. Started doing purges and when we got to lvl 10, it crashed the server. The next day we tried to log in, i was booted immediately for the reliable buffer issue. This went on for days, before i decided to delete my character when i was able to be logged in for more than a split second.
At that time, my wife could no longer connect.
Upon creation of a new character, i thought my problems were fixed. I logged out of our base, waiting for a chance to be brought back into the guild, but when i tried, i kept getting disconnected from server. I have un-installed multiple times, i have tried a different computer, my internet speed is very high and still the best i get is a few moments to ruin around with only half my things loading in. I literally cannot play the game. I love this game, have purchased dlcs, and now it’s a waste of time and money. I submitted a ticket, had an initial response, and then nothing.
