When I want to cook on a stove, I pick my recipe and hit the “Craft” button. But unlike other crafting stations, I also have to press the “Play” button up top in order to start the burning of my fuel. This is quite annoying, because it is never the case that I want to queue up some food, without also wanting to start the timer. My suggestion is to automatically start the fuel burning upon queueing a food recipe in the stove.
This is just a quality of life-type of suggestion that would make my gameplay slightly better, but I think it would be easily doable by the devs.
Replication steps:
- Place ingredients for any food recipe into the stove.
- Press “Craft” or “Craft All” on any food recipe.
- At this point, you have to also press the “Play” button, which is the step I wish to skip.
