Did the t4 have the yellow border around its hp bar? I only ask because a few of the names thralls I’ve come across that my thrall has killed with coup de grace have not had the yellow bar indicating a possible bug with the t4 actually being identified as a t4.

I never actually hit him myself, I let my thrall do the smacking while I blocked his attacks, so I never saw his health bar.

I thought I read a few weeks back that the cuope degrace was supposed to kill NPC,S that were knocked out
It was originally a slender dagger to dispatch a knight in the old days. I have never had one will have to spawn one in and check.

Just checked wiki instantly kills knocked out thralls it is the finishing touch. See what it says in information in your inventory.

The description says that it kills “unworthy foes”. I’ve heard people say that this means it kills T1-T3s and knocks out T4s. I’ve heard other people say it means it kills T1s and T2s, and knocks out T3s and T4s.

I don’t know if Funcom ever confirmed what it actually does, and I don’t have time to test it now, but I can tell you I tossed it into the garbage as soon as it killed a T2 that I was trying to knock out :stuck_out_tongue:

Back then, T2s were more valuable than they are now, because it was Siptah early access. :confounded:

It knocks out t4’s and kills anything else. Been using one for a while now. Trouble is quite a few t4 thralls are not correctly identified ( no yellow bar ) so it will kill them. I love it because I don’t have to worry about swapping weapons out when farming for crafters.

That’s what I remember too. Probably the thrall knocked out that armorer, but as he collapsed, the thrall hit the last strike of its combo, and killed immediately that soon-(not)-to-be slave.

Sad. I liked using Predatory blade in Semperatu other than the unfortunate times I hit the wrong shoulder button.

No thralls don’t continue to attack once target is dead or knocked out. This has simply been a bug of some kind with the id of this particular t4.

It kills anything that is not t4, but there is problem, it seem that some thralls that are nammed and have specification icion are now considered as t3. non nammed archpriest are considered t3 als, so ie exemple coup de grace will kill zadt archpriest on siptah. in all case an archpriest should be considered t4 by the game system, even if not nammed.

the fact that some t4 thralls are now in fact t3… can may be also explain why some armors crafted in the past went from +2 attribute to +1 after last big patch, i hope value of the armor attribute is not stored in link with the armorer (ie a thrall who was a t4 when armor crafted, that for unknow reason seem to became a t3 after patch…), i will personally not try to test all t4 thrall with coup de grace to see if game system see them as t4 or t3

Hey there,

We’ve sent a suggestion to our team to make T4 NPC identification a bit more standarized to avoid this truncheon causing some unintentional deaths.
