Well now two of my placed crafting thralls have gone into “returning home” mode and are gone. Their buffs are not showing either. Help?

Just had the same thing just happen. Lost Beli the breaker and my Master Blacksmith…they just wandered off somewhere and followers list says they are returning home…cant locate them on the map…tried to rescue…says cant be found and then my followers list removed them and my count dropped by 2. Losing a t1 or something whatever but now im losing my t4s…not cool at all.
Event log doesn’t even show anything either…pfft this is great

Exact same thing happened to me. Lost a scoutwright and a T4 alchemist this way. It can’t be vidded b/c they can’t be found.

How do we send a video? This is happening to me too. So far I have lost 3 and they were equipped with pretty decent armor also.

you “customer support” guys are something else, asking for a video of something that cannot be videod is just foolish

Someone found like 20 thralls at location 0,0 in the higjliands high in the air on exiled lands. Guess where all our thralla are going?! Great job funcom! Hire a new QA team!

I saw this at this location, but it was a week before the update. I thought it was a trace of a deteriorated base… curious 
I went back there now to see if it was still there and it wasnt.

It happened to me too. (2509 PVEC/NA)
I lost a Zarus and a Larathiel. I put them both to test, as i have many copies of them.
Zarus disappeared from my base (thursday), his buff also disappeared from the bench and in the Followers squad he was “coming home”. So i marked it on the map and couldnt locate him.Tried to rescue him, but a message appeared claiming that “the follower could not be found”. After the message, my minion was deleted from my followers list without any notification in the Event Log.
Larathiel was ok until friday. She was living her normal “life” walking around the base when i logged off in the early hours of friday. When i returned in the afternoon, she was nowhere on the base and appeared to be having the same problem as Zarus. Unable to locate her and her buff has disappeared from the furnace. Afraid of losing it, I didnt try to rescue it,
simply waited until the server restarted in the hope of fixing the error. Without success. Today, Saturday, its been almost 24 hours since Larathiel has been “coming home”.
My tip for you reading this is: Dont put your minions on the benches for now. The game is bugged and i doubt FunCom will reimburse us.

Same here, just lost a T4 blacksmith and Gothrad. Sad to see that this game still has major issues. Should’ve stayed done after AoW.

I also lost a T4 carpenter (Builder). Couldn’t find him in my base. His buff was not in the benches. Saw his status was returning home in follower list for a few minutes. When I checked again he was no longer in my follower list. No message in the event log.
However, I do have some messages in the event log for other crafters that said they returned home. Not sure why they disappeared and why they sometimes come back and sometimes don’t.
