Re-equipping a single piece of armour after a few minutes of having no armour equipped frequently causes the game to crash to the PS4 dashboard. This is something I often do as I’m using heavy armour, but sometimes I need to climb something. I don’t know if it is important, but the armour in question is a set of Epic Flawless Heavy with weight reduction mod and custom dyes, and without armour I have full nudity enabled.
This has happened to me four times now in the past three days.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
Play the game for a while wearing heavy armour.
Find something that I cannot climb while wearing heavy armour (e.g. Tower of Bats).
Remove heavy armour, climb whatever I need to climb.
Begin to re-equip my armour.
On equipping the first or maybe second piece of armour, the game crashes to the PS4 dashboard.

Do you happen to have admin mode enabled when this happens, or have any specific buffs/debuffs active?
Also, if and whenever you do get crash report prompts, always send them through the PS dashboard once prompted so our team can get a hold of them and evaluate the causes.
I didn’t have any buffs or debuffs active at the moments of the crashes, nor did I have admin mode enabled.
I submitted at least two of the crashes from the dashboard, including short video attachments, although when I previewed the videos, they finished before I equipped the armour, so a couple seconds before the crash actually occurred.
