Crashing with a thrall bound in the Siptah storm zone

Bug Description:

Oddly, I have experienced a crash three times while dragging a berzerker on a binding. Not sure but I think all three times have been with a sizable player population online. So apparent heavy server loading. I have not (in my recent recolection) crashed while dragging any other thrall. Is this a correlation and not a causation? Dunno. Also all three of these crashes occurred inside the maelstrom storm zone. No storm was active. And I have dragged other thrall from a shrine summons many times with no trouble. But I do generally do this when the server population is low.

This is a lot of stuff. How do I send all this to you? I have also run into another bigger issue. On the Exiled Lands server I play (1504) it has happened twice now, once after a server crash and now after the last update, that I have logged in with not gear or inventory. Everything else seems normal. I had just re-acquired a khari water skin and I loose it and some other legendary gear. Please help.
