Hello dear Funcom Team,

A teammate and I wanted to log in again this morning around 02:30 am and found that we should create a new character.
We didn’t do this.
This problem has been around since the update.
Unfortunately the problem is still there and I don’t know what to do.

Message from the server provider at 1:30 AM today

Dear game server customer,

unfortunately we had to shutdown your server because it is in an inoperable state. Please check all settings of the configs, the start map and your FTP content.
You can restart the server at any time.
If you continue to have problems, please contact our support.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Any mods in use on the server?

Can you give more details on the error the server provider sent?

Right off the bat, it seems like you need to restore the server db to an earlier time, and probably verify the install for the server application.

I made a backup from June 26th, 2020.
Everything works again.
