Figured it was time to invest in a Battle Pass and after purchase they never showed up in my account. I’m waiting for an answer back now… but I wanted to know should I be concerned??? Does this happen often or to anyone else???
Sometimes it happens, but usually FUNCOM solves it very fast.

They always answered me the day after, unless on weekends.
Make proof of the purchase and you’ll get the coins in no time.
