I bought the $19.99 crom coin pack and have not received them

I too purchased the $19.99 pack and got nothing.
I tried twice to purchase the 1,200 crom coins pack ( 15.95NZD each)and got confirmation emails both times but no crom coins

Yup bin 2 day since i payed 20$US and still nothing got a confirmation email and a PlayStation report saying I purchased them
I too purchased the 19.99€ pack and got nothing.
and restore licenses and nothing…
I also purchased the 1,200 Crom Pack, and I have yet to receive any Crom Coins hours after having received confirmation of purchase.
How do we go about submitting a ticket for such issues?
