As of Nobember 4,2022 ,
Even if I purchase Crom Coins from the PS store,
they are not reflected in the game.
Only PS Store (Japan) payments occur!

※Purchased from 1:50 in the video.

Bug Reproduction:
・Launch the game with Conan Exiles PS Japanese version “Conan Outcasts” and buy Chrome Coins from the Japanese PS Store.
I get an error message. Even if I purchase Crom Coins from the PS store, They are not reflected in the game.
Only PS Store (Japan) payments occur!

Other my conditions are as follows.
・Conan Exiles PS Japanese version “Conan Outcasts” the disc version.
・The current version is equivalent to 3.0.4 (PS Outcasts version 1.58)
・The official ASIA servers Playing.
・My Consoles(PS4 Pro).
・My use connection: wired
・My address: japan (Using Asia server from Japan)
・Our region number is #423897/35099.

I’m in the same situation, the difference I bought today, 11-05-2022, around 08:30 AM, and nothing was credited in the game, so it’s hard to believe in the seriousness of the system, because not even the Twitch drops , were resolved, and now with this monitization system, which apparently is broken.

Lucky u ! ps seems to have normal regional prices, while PC ( checked 4 days ago) still i have Dollars to pay even I am Europe and it leech me more out money than actual $ there are… because of convertation…

No, unfortunately it was simply credited two days after purchase, apparently they are only caring about sales, and they are not supporting, for the game itself, horrible textures, bugs and more bugs, both for consoles and for PC . Unfortunate. :cry: :sob: :sob: :sob: :sob:

Email from FUNCOM “Please reply with a screenshot of the receipt from the PS Store when purchasing Crom coins.”


After replying to the above, I received an email from FUNCOM saying, “We have reflected the compensation, so please restart the game.”

In addition, probably regarding the problem that is not reflected when purchasing Crom coins from the PS Store, “We are aware of some purchasing issues that have occurred recently and we’re currently investigating it.”
